Alfreida Petit

Alfreida (Rogalski)  Petit, age 97 passed on March 16, 2023. She was born on June 5,1925, in Natrona, the loving daughter of John and Sophie (Sobczak)  Rogalski. Preceded in death by her parents as well as her brothers and sisters. Wife to the late Donald Petit. Devoted mother of Gregory (Candy) with grandchildren Heather (Dan Schwarz), great grandchildren Claire and Andrew. Grandson Bryce (Lauren) with great grandsons Forest and Miles. Son Robert (Claudia) with grandson Josh (Leah) with great grandson Braden and great granddaughter Olivia. Grandson Ryan. Grandson Ian (Maggie) with great granddaughters Rowen and Zoey. Freida's love of life was awe inspiring, through her many health issues she always rallied and found joy in everything around her but most of all her family. Photos covered her room at Embassy and she delighted in sharing stories of each great grandchild.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.  Family is invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Campus with her pastor the Rev. John B. Lendvai as celebrant.  Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.  In lieu of flowers, please call or visit a loved one.
