Richard F. Osiecki, 90, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. He was born June 18, 1933, in Pittsburgh a son of the late Charles and (Jane E. Osiecki) Josefoski. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Richard retired from PPG Industries in Creighton after 43 years of service. Richard was a member of Guardian Angels Parish Natrona Heights Campus, life member of the V.F.W. Post 894 in Natrona Heights and the Belgium Pigeon Racing Club. He was an avid bowler and Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoyed fishing and gardening. Richard is survived by his sons, Richard F. Osiecki II (fiance, Patty Cramer), Scott Osiecki and David M. (Katie) Osiecki, all of Natrona Heights, grandchildren, Mark (Jaclyn) Osiecki, Amanda Osiecki (Shawn Oden) and Michael Osiecki, great-grandchildren, Shawn Oden Jr, Chase Oden, Adalyn Osiecki, Elizabeth Oden and Raelyn Osiecki and by his special friend and surrogate daughter, Tina Metzler. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth A. Osiecki on August 15, 2000 and by his son, Mark A. Osiecki on August 5, 2023.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a blessing service on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
