Anna J. Reese

Anna Jean "Jeanie" Reese, 89, of Natrona Heights, passed away Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. She was born Nov. 6, 1926, in Natrona Heights, a daughter of the late George and Anna Buzzard Reese. Jeanie worked as a cartographer at the former Gulf Oil Research in Harmarville for more than 30 years. She was a member of the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church and the Red Hat Society. Jeanie enjoyed painting, playing cards with her card club, horseback riding, traveling and her beloved dog, Barclay. Jeanie is survived by several cousins.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, 724-224-8688, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. No visitation on Thanksgiving. Officiating will be her pastor, the Rev. R. Cameron Malcolm IV. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
