Beverly A. (Borushko) D'Amico

Beverly A. (Borushko) D'Amico, 84, of Natrona Heighs, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 at Butler Memorial Hospital, Butler. She was born December 9, 1933, in Natrona Heights to the late Joseph and Anna Semjan Borushko. Beverly worked at the Rite Aid in Natrona Heights. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, in New Kensington and the Hilltop Hose Ladies Auxiliary, in Natrona Heights. Beverly was an avid Steeler fan and enjoyed golfing, sewing and gardening. She is survived by her children, Deborah (Donald) Lawrence, of Natrona Heights, Natalie Ling, of Shelocta, Michael Varhola (Edie Zier), of Natrona Heights and Jacob (Amy) Dennis, of Natrona Heights; 4 grandchildren, Nathanial, Nicholas and Aaron Lawrence and Samantha Dennis; and by her brother, George (Lucille) Borushko, of Pavillion, Wyoming. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Daniel Ling; and by her companion, George Bohatch.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4, 6-8 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Friday at 9:15 AM. Funeral services will follow at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church with her pastor the Rev. Nickolai Breckenridge, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. A Parastas service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:30 PM.
