Blake Allen Johns

Blake Allen Johns, 16, of Natrona Heights, went to be with Our Lord on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. He was born September 29, 1999, in Natrona Heights, the son of Steve Johns and Patricia (Swager) Huston. Blake was a student at Highlands High School and a former member of the wrestling team. He was an avid video game player and liked to ride bicycles and scooters. Blake liked kayaking in the river and loved music and was most often seen wearing headphones. Blake is survived by his parents Patti Huston and Steve Johns, both of Natrona Heights: Maternal grandparents, Richard and Shirley Swager, of Fawn Township; Paternal grandparents, Bobbi A. (Ann) Johns of Sarver, and Kazuko Johns, of Kittanning. He also leaves his siblings, Brett (Bobbi) Johns, of Worthington, Brooke (Jason) Sims, of Slate Lick, Ashlee (James) Mayuric, of Natrona Heights, Emilee (Richard) Filous, of Sarver and Cameron Johns, of Tarentum. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Gabrielle Sims, Brettlyn Johns, Jaden Sims, Maeleigh Sims, Jameson Mayuric, Ashton Mayruic, Kaesyn Filous and Kamdyn Filous; and by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Kim R. Johns.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4, 6-8 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
