Dolores A. Mcconville

Dolores A. (Wheeler) McConville, 91, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 6, 2020. She was born October 4, 1929, in Brackenridge a daughter of the late Paul D. and Mary (Muldoun) Wheeler. Dolores was a 1947 graduate of Har-Brack High School. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Natrona Heights. Dolores was a longtime volunteer at Allegheny Valley Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Dolores is survived by her husband of 65 years, Daniel H. McConville; son, David A. McConville, of Natrona Heights; son-in-law, Richard Wolfe, of Indiana; grandchildren, Andrew and Ashley Wolfe, and by her sister, Patty Davis, of Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna M. Wolfe in 2013; sisters, Mary Ellen Kovach and one sister in childhood and by one brother in childhood.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Church with the Rev. Aaron J. Kriss as celebrant. Everyone is asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. Please be prepared to follow all CDC guidelines, including face coverings and social distancing.
