Edward Andrevich, 91, of South Buffalo Township, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at Quality Life Services, Sarver. He was born August 18, 1928, in Freeport to the late George and Mary Kolan Andrevich. Ed was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He reitred after 30 years of service as a production worker from PPG in Ford City. Ed was a member of St. Mary, Mother of God Church in Freeport. He enjoyed photography and music. Ed is survived by his wife, Judy (Smith) Andrevich; son, Christopher (Natalie) Andrevich, of South Buffalo Township; granddaughter, Tabitha Andrevich; and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Bill (Pat) Andrevich; sister and brother-in-law, Helen (Ray) Colangeli; and by his sister-in-law, Marjean Shutters.
Friends will be received on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of a parting prayer service at 10:30 a.m in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary, Mother of God Church with his pastor the Rev. Ronald Maquinana as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Freeport.
