Edward Nathanael Cirino, 44 of Natrona Heights died on Thursday, October 12, 2017. After a lifelong courageous battle with severe depression he finally succumbed to it dying by suicide. Suicide is a real illness that could be likened to a heart attack in the brain.
He was searching for serenity and now he has found it.

Edward was born on May 10, 1973 in West Islip, L.I. NY.
Beloved son of Edith M. (Cutt)Cirino of Natrona Heights and the late Peter F. Cirino.
Proud father of Helayna Marie, 13 and Luciana Tereza, 9 of Natrona Heights.
Loving brother of Lynn (William)Cavell of Poughquag, NY, Jill (Eric)Seyfert of Del Ray Beach, FL, and Amanda L. Cirino-Lewis of Whitehall, PA.
Proud uncle of Brittany and Courtney Smith, Kaitlin and Megan Cavell, and Noah Lewis.
Eddie is the nephew of Shirley and Marco Grisaffi, Libby and Reiner Bohlen, Sr., Beverly and William Flipse, and Catherine McCreedy
Eddie leaves behind several cousins. Reiner and Stephanie Bohlen, Jr., Whitney and Jimmy Dineen, Susannah Bohlen, Lisa Lerner, Denise Kloss and their families.
Ed leaves behind the mother of his children, Sherie Lynn Butko of Natrona Heights and his longtime love, Michelle Fertig also of Natrona Heights and her children Cassie, Austin, and Katie.
In addition to his father Edward was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Edward was a 1991 graduate of Highlands High School. He spent the rest of his life honing his skills in all aspects of building and remodeling, eventually starting his own company, Cirino Home Improvements. Eddie had a natural born talent for creating beauty and quality craftmanship including beautiful landscaping.
His greatest joy in life though came from loving his two beautiful daughters.
He was the confidant of many, the go to person carrying a great deal of burdens on his strong shoulders. Eddie never judged anyone by their appearance or monetary value. He was a gentle soul who was a friend to everyone. His incredible smile was contagious and would light up the entire room.
Friends will be recieved on Saturday from 2:00-4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 8:00 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
