Elizabeth Ann Mattern

Elizabeth Ann "Sissy" (Scoff) Mattern, 84, of Lower Burrell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 with her loved ones by her side.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Mattern and her parents, George J. & Toots Scoff.  Sissy is survived by a Son and Daughter along with a Brother in South Carolina.  She is also survived by her close friends Pearl, Betty and Charlette, along with several Sister and Brother-in-laws and many nieces and nephews local and around the country.
