Elizabeth A. Ionadi

Elizabeth A. (Badger) Ionadi, 86, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at McKinley Health Care, Brookville. She was born October 31, 1937, in Pittsburgh to the late Theodore and Margaret (Ludgate) Badger. Elizabeth worked over 20 years as a store clerk for the Veterans Administration Canteen with her dear friend Patty Burton. She was of the Catholic faith and always kept the nuns at St. Raphael on their toes. Elizabeth enjoyed playing cards and building puzzles, but the greatest joy in her life was her grandchildren. Elizabeth is survived by her children, John "Joe" and his wife Dena Buzila, of Greentree, Andrea and husband Chuck Bartley, of Clarion and Lisa and husband Jim Brewer, of Midland, Michigan and by her grandchildren, Olivia Bartley, Michael Charles Bartley, Lyla Rose Buzila, Michael James Brewer, Tristan Brewer, Philip Bartley, Anthony Bartley and Jake Brewer. Elizabeth also had many loving neices and nephews that adored Aunt Betty-Boop. In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Badger and sister, Margaret Jackson.Services and burial for Elizabeth were private.
