Elizabeth Jean Townsend

Elizabeth Jean (Mraz) Townsend, 81, of Brackenridge, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2021 at the Fawn Personal Care Home, Fawn Township. She was born November 6, 1939, in Natrona Heights, a daughter of the late Steven and Mary (Hensel) Mraz. Jean was a homemaker who enjoyed watching TV, doing crafts and sitting on her porch. She is survived by her son, Scott A. Townsend, of Brackenridge and grandson, Dylan Townsend, of New Kensington. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband. Richard E. "Dick" Townsend on April 20, 2015. Jean's family would like to thank the Fawn Personal Care Home, Applewood Personal Care Home and Monarch Hospice for their love, care and support of Jean.

Funeral services and burial for Jean will be private. Arrangements are under the care of the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688.
