James W. (Bill) Locke, 57, of Fawn Township, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 peacefully at his home after a long illness. He was born February 3, 1959, in Wilkinsburg, a son of the late James Albert and Lois Patricia Jewell Locke. Jim was employed as a mechanical engineer at ATI-Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge since 1983. Jim was a hard working, kind-hearted man who always made time for whatever his friends and family needed.
