Julia Mary Sadecky

Julia Mary Sadecky, 81, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA on Wednesday November 29, 2023. She was born April 25, 1942, in Natrona Heights to the late Julian and Mary (Oleniacz) Felczak. Julia was a 1960 graduate of St. Joseph High School. She worked at various retail shops in the area. She is a member of Guardian Angels Parish and the former St. Joseph Parish (St. Ladislaus Worship Site). Julia was proud of her Polish heritage and her 5 grandchildren. She loved polka dances and masterfully decorating her home. She was a life member of the PNA. She is survived by her four children Jane (Gregory) Haduch of Natrona Heights, Joseph (Eyev) Sadecky of Freeport, John Sadecky and James (Jill) Sadecky of Natrona Heights. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren Joseph (Jane Kong) Sadecky of Wexford, PA, Rachel (Matthew) Pospisil of Chicago, IL, Gabrielle Haduch of Pittsburgh and Alexandra and Jessica Haduch of Natrona Heights. She is also survived by special cousins Joanne Bedillion of Pittsburgh, PA, Bernard (Patricia) Oleniacz of Great Falls, VA, Joseph (Susan) Oleniacz of Durham, NC as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Julia was preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph M Sadecky, whom she married on September 15, 1962.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-3, 5-7 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m in Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. with Rev.
