Marie M. (Learn) Roth

Marie M. (Learn) Roth, 68, of Natrona Heights, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born November 10, 1948, in Indiana, Pennsylvania to the late Clyde Leroy and Helen Danko Learn. Marie worked as the office manager for over 30 years for John Hobart Miller Builder and Developer in Fox Chapel. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Brackenridge. Marie enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting, crafting and loved flowers. She is survived by her sisters; twin, Delores (John) Douglass, of Indiana, Bonnie (Paul) Gormisky, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Sally (Jeffrey) Helton, of Holly Pond, Alabama; niece, Brenda Douglass; nephews, Jon (Jenny) Helton and Joshua (Aly) Helton; and by 3 great nephews and 2 great nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Peter Roth II on January 28, 1982; and by her nephews, Greg Douglass and Jacob Helton.
Friends will be received on Monday from 2-4, 6-8 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St. Natrona Heights, 724-224-8688, where funeral ceremonies will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM. Officiating will be her pastor the Rev. Greg Spencer. Burial will follow in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
