Mary Ann (Blumer) Timko

Mary Ann (Blumer) Timko, 62, of Brackenridge, was granted her angel wings on Sunday, February 14, 2016. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. She was born December 30, 1953, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Melvin B. and Shirley A. Griffith Blumer Sr. Mary Ann worked at the Eat N Park for 32 years as a server/greeter. During those years she met many new friends and enjoyed being silly and putting a smile on everyones face. Mary Ann loved her family especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to their sporting events, picnics and playing in the yard with them. She also enjoyed going to the casino with her husband to have fun, spending summer time in Erie, watching her grandchildren in the pool having fun, and her get aways with her best friends Linda Smith and Sandy Ward. Mary Ann loved to bake, especially for everyone during the holiday season. Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Allen Timko; her children, Neen (Michael) Grossetti, Lisa (Brian Mubel) Conley, Melanie Kielek and Robert A. Watters Jr.; her 12 grandchildren who she adorded; and by her sisters, Babs Bruno, Betty Vanatta and Georgette (Wayne) Lambert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Melvin Blumer Jr. and Joe Blumer; and by her sister, Lu Ann Blumer.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4, 6-8 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights. Funeral ceremonies will be held on Tuesday at 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev. R. Cameron Malcolm, IV. Burial will be private.
