Patricia Nowikowski

Patricia (Pugh) Nowikowski 76, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was born December 6, 1944, in East Deer, a daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Dickert) Pugh. Pat was a graduate of Har-Brack High School and went on to Butler Memorial Hospital for nursing. She received her R.N. from Slippery Rock University and later received her master's degree from Penn State University. Pat worked at Allegheny Valley Hospital, unit 2A then she went to the I.C.U. as head nurse for 40 years. She was working in the hospital Administration office when she retired. Pat was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Natrona Heights. She loved her animals and enjoyed traveling and shopping. Pat is survived by her husband of 13 years, Raymond Nowikowski; sister-in-law, Linda Pugh and by her 7 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brothers, John C. Pugh and Paul Pugh Jr..

Friends will be received on Friday from 4-7 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heitghts 724-224-8688, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be her pastor the Rev.
