Robert V. McMullen

Robert V. McMullen Sr., 82, of Altoona passed away peacefully on Monday, November 25, 2024 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born on March 14, 1942 in Altoona, a son of the late Vincent J. and Marie (Krug) McMullen. Robert was a US Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam war. Robert worked for over 50 years as a craneman for the L.S. Fiore Company in Altoona. He was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Altoona. Robert is survived by his sons, Michael (Melissa) McMullen, Robert (Tammy) McMullen Jr., John (Ileana) McMullen, William Biddle, Robert Biddle, Brian (Stacy) Biddle and Grandchildren, Danielle (Abbey) McMullen, Rob McMullen III, Kaylie (Dakota) Lansberry, Ashley Biddle, William Biddle, Brian Biddle, Morgan (Brian) Heinle, Jenna (Josh) Franks, Brandon Biddle, Christian Biddle, and Denyel Cooper. Great Grandchildren, Roman McMullen, Ethan McMullen, and Maevery Lansberry, brother, Ray McMullen and sister, Louise (Robin) Stewart. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, LaRay C. (Patterson) McMullen on November 18, 2024, and by his sisters, Mary Lewis and Rita Adams.
