Ronald “Badge” Badzilowski, 75, of Natrona, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 9, 2024 in QLS Sugar Creek, Worthington.
Born June 25, 1949 in Natrona Heights he is the son of the late Zigmund and Lottie Oslzewski Badzilowski.
Badge was a 1967 graduate of
Har-Brack High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Era where he proudly served in the Army’s 4th Infantry Division from 1968-1970.
He was employed as a truck driver for Olander & Brophy for over 30 years.
Badge resided in Natrona all of his life and you could often find him casting a fishing line along the Allegheny River or enjoying the company of friends at the Natrona American Legion Post 48. He also enjoyed cheering on the Pittsburgh sports teams, playing Euchre, being the family grill master, and cracking jokes at every opportunity.
Survivors include his 3 children Kelly(Jeff) Heckman of Natrona Heights, Ryan(Stacey) Badzilowski of Natrona Heights and Kira(Steve) Rogers-Simpson of Plum Borough, along with nine grand children Josh,Emma, Michael, Madison, Logan, Tyler, Camryn, Derek and Kira.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Linda Weber Badzilowski.
Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the CICHOLSKI-ZIDEK FUNERAL HOME,INC. 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688 where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Rick Harbaugh officiating.
