Sandra L. (Musco) Bresuciak, 69, of Tarentum, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017, surrounded by her family at the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia, Cabot. She was born March 22, 1948, in Natrona Heights to the late Joseph Musco and Ann Bavetz Musco. Sandy worked as an LPN at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, and after receiving her RN license worked at the former Citizens General Hospital in New Kensington. She finished her working career working for the Visiting Nurses Association in Tarentum. Sandy was a member of Holy Martyrs R.C. Church in Tarentum, the First Catholic Slovak Union and a 50 year member of the Slovene National Benefits Society Lodge #715. Sandy was a volunteer for the Tree of Hope. She enjoyed polka music, playing bingo, gardening, painting, crossword puzzles, building puzzles and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, who were the joy of her life. Sandy is survived by her children, Tammy (Tom) Rounce, of Brackenridge, Kevin (Terrie) Bresuciak, of Tarentum and Chrystal (Kenneth) Kelley, of Tarentum; and by her grandchildren, Kyla, Julia, Jacob, Corey, Alexis and Jessica.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 5-8 PM in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a blessing service will be held on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 Noon in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, with the Rev. Aaron Kriss as celebrant. Burial will be in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Sandy may be made to the Salvation Army, 917 Brackenridge Avenue, Brackenridge, Pa. 15014 or the the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive, Triangle, Va. 22172.
