Scott M. Fularz, 45, of New Kensington, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. He was born January 5, 1978, in New Kensington to Michael A. Fularz and the late Helen M. Gongaware Fularz. Scott was a 1996 graduate of Valley High School and received his associates degree from Northwood University. Scott was the ringleader for several profitable fundraisers. He literally cooked thousands of slabs of BBQ ribs for “Bone Daddy’s.” He began his career in foodservice at Cedar Point and formed forever friendships with his teammates wherever he worked. For the past 20 years he worked at Walmart and Taco Bell as general manager. Scott was a role model and mentor for many teenagers and young adults. He would literally give you the shirt off his back even if that meant him suffering. Scott enjoyed traveling, woodworking, swimming and spending quality time with his family. He is survived by his father, Michael A. Fularz, of New Kensington, sister, Sharon Bachman, her children Jordyn and Jacob, of New Kensington, and by his girlfriend of 4 years, Angeline Swanger and her children.
