The Good Lord opened up His arms to welcome Stacey Diane Luteran on Feb.22, 2021. Stacey was 31
years old and never walked or talked and lived her life in a wheelchair. Stacey spoke with her eyes and
her smile and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as walking in the park, going for a ride in her van
and getting her finger nails painted.
The saying that it takes a village had real meaning for Stacey and our family. Stacey’s life was enriched
and had a more meaningful outcome with the caring support, dedication, and involvement of her circle
of family, friends, nurses, pharmacist’s, supports coordinator’s and all who were behind the scenes. Our
thanks for all who touched her life.
Stacey looked forward to her dad’s way of making everything fun and her mother’s steady and constant
care. This balance in her life gave it purposeful meaning and a life filled with love that she embraced and
we will forever remember. Stacey had a Wonderful life and is now singing with the Angel’s.
Stacey is survived by her parents, John and Kathy (Taylor) Luteran; paternal grandparents, John and Helen Luteran; aunts, Deborah Iwanyshyn (J.B. Barentine), Susan Luteran, Cynthia (Terry) Johnson and Laura (William) Long and by numerous cousins and friends. Stacey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James O. and Grace Taylor and by her aunt, Diane Taylor.
