Theresa Grzywinski

Theresa (Dolny) Grzywinski, 93, of Natrona Heights passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was born March 30, 1928, in Natrona Heights to the late Stephan and Katherine (Usjak) Dolny. Theresa was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Natrona Heights, Rosary Society of O.L.P.H. and was a former CCD teacher at O.L.P.H. She was also a former member of the Slovak Hall in Natrona. Theresa enjoyed flower gardening, cooking and baking. She is survived by her children, Edward Grzywinski, of Natrona Heights, Mary Beth Vantine, of Natrona Heights, Robert (Cecelia) Grzywinski, of Pittsburgh, Joseph Grzywinski, of Natrona Heights and Timothy Grzywinski, of Natrona Heights; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) McCormick and Edmund Grzywinski II; great grandchildren, Bryce and Colin McCormick and by her sister, Elizabeth Dosch, of Natrona Heights. In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund J, Grzywinski on July 10, 2014; son, James Grzywinski; daughter, Rose Mary Grzywinski; brothers, Rudolph, Aloysious and Joseph Dolny and by her sisters, Mary Aberwald, Margaret Kasman and Steffie Dolny.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a parting prayer service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ladislaus Church with the Rev.
