Thomas Cichello

Thomas Cichello, 74, of Natrona, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021 in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. He was born on December 2, 1946, in Calabria, Italy to the late Gaetano and Josephine (Marasia) Cichello. Tom retired from Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation in Brackenridge. He enjoyed playing bocce, cooking, gardening and Sunday dinners with his family. Tom was also a proud grandfather who enjoyed watching all of his grandchildren's activities. Tom is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dianne (Misak) Cichello; children, Tammy (Dustin) Gentile, of Natrona Heights, Timothy (Crystal) Cichello, of New Kensington and Terrance Cichello, of Natrona; grandchilden, Taylor (Melissa) Cichello, Jocelyn Gentile, Samantha Cichello (Gary), Nikolas Cichello and Natalie Gentile; great-grandchilden, Navi and Nilus; brother, Paul (Vicki) Cichello, of New Jersey and by his sister, Mary (Sam) Villalobos, of New Jersey. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Cichello Jr. and by his in-laws, Charles and Dorothy Misak.


Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights 724-224-8688, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. Please be prepared to follow at CDC guidelines in regards to wearing of a face covering and social distancing.
