Virginia G. (Guiney) Krutz

Virginia G. (Ginger) Krutz, 89, of Fishers, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Thursday December 21, 2017. She was born on December 23, 1927 to Arthur and Edna (Wareham) Guiney in New Kensington, Pennsylvania.
Ginger attended New Kensington High School and was a proud member of The National Honor Society. She was a long-term resident of New Kensington and Natrona Heights, PA. While in New Kensington, she was employed by Mellon Bank. She moved to Fishers, Indiana in 2012 to be with her daughter Dianne and her family after her husband Samuel Krutz passed away. Ginger was a member of Entry.Point Church in Carmel , IN and had also been a very active member of Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church when she resided there. Ginger enjoyed crossword puzzles, knitting, bridge and was an avid reader. Most of all, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ginger is survived by her children, Dianne Pavitt Crusan (Doug), Nancy Zema (Matt) and Samuel Krutz (Betty); six grandchildren, Kelly-Crusan Painter (Chad), Trey Crusan (Jorie), Troy Zema, Travis Zema, Christina Whisler (Corey) and Casey Krutz; as well as, great grandchildren, Bailey Painter, Allie Painter, Madelyn Flores and Brian Voelke.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Krutz; daughter, Deborah Pavitt; and her siblings Lee Leasure Morgan, June Lee and Arthur Guiney.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights, PA with visitation from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm before the service. The service will be performed by Rev. R. Cameron Malcolm, IV. Burial will be private.
