William C. Walkowiak, 70, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Logan Place, Lower Burrell. He was born December 19, 1950, in Natrona Heights to the late Joseph and Steffie (Wenskowski) Walkowiak. Bill served his country during the Vietnam War in the Air Force from 1970-1974. He retired from Hill-Rom Industries in Pittsburgh. Bill was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and was a Mopar car enthusiast. Bill is survived by his sister-in-law, Patricia Walkowiak, of Stewartstown; his nephew, Matthew Walkowiak and by his niece, Kerry Walkowiak. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Walkowiak on February 5, 2015 and by his sister, Judith V. Walkowiak on July 28, 2016.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m. in the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home, Inc., 1522 Carlisle Street, Natrona Heights.
